Q: How long do I have to sign up for?

A: We offer month to month leases, meaning no contracts and no commitment.

Q: When can I get my belongings?

A: Our facilities are open 24/7 with a secure entry code.

Q: How much notice must be given when I move out?

A: We require 10 days written notice to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in. 

Q: How can I make a payment?

A: Payments can be processed online or in person. All payments are due on the 1st of each month and are late if received after the 5th. 

We also offer automatic payment via Credit Card which will waive any deposits.

Q: What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?

A: Our expert storage professionals can assist you in determining the right size. Just give us a brief description of what will be stored and we'll help you determine how much space is needed.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash , checks and Major Credit Cards

Q: Are my stored items insured?

A: No. But you can purchase a renters insurance policy, so you would have coverage on your belongings

Q: Do you offer Specials?

A: Frequently we do run specials. Just ask what specials are currently running (if any) when you call the office.

Q: Do I have top bring my own lock?

A: Yes. But we do offer locks for sale in the office for your convenience.
